Wix is a mature, well-designed builder with a large template library and a drag-and-drop editor that genuinely works. If you enjoy design decisions and have time to spend, you can produce a site you are proud of without writing code. It is a reasonable choice for someone who wants control and does not mind owning the work, and the base subscription is inexpensive compared with hiring anyone.
