Platform Users (CRM)

When you create an account and use the LeedAgent CRM platform, we collect and store: account credentials, business information, contact records you create, communication history (emails, SMS, call recordings), website content, form submissions, appointment data, pipeline and opportunity data, and usage analytics. This data is stored securely and used to provide the services you have subscribed to.

Data We Do NOT Collect

LeedAgent does not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI), Social Security Numbers, medical records, health conditions, or any data classified as PHI under HIPAA. Our platform is designed as a sales CRM, not a health information system. Do not enter PHI into the platform. See our Compliance page for more details.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to the questions and requests you submit through our contact form.
  • Communicate important updates about LeedAgent products that you have expressed interest in.
  • Improve the performance, reliability, and usability of the marketing site.

  • SMS Delivery: Twilio — for reliable message delivery and phone number management.
  • Email Delivery: Mailgun / SendGrid — for transactional and service-related emails.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe — for subscription billing (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
  • AI Services: OpenAI — for AI-powered platform features. Data sent to AI providers is limited to the minimum required.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or the public.

Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and measure aggregated usage. Optional marketing or analytics scripts are only activated when provided by your workspace administrators. You can adjust browser settings to refuse cookies, but doing so may limit some site functionality.
