Why does managed pricing say starts at $200/month?
Because managed service depends on the amount of setup, lead volume, workflows, phone/SMS needs, and how many locations or funnels you want connected. Simple founder accounts can start at $200/month; larger builds are quoted after discovery.
Can I buy the self-managed plans online?
Yes. The self-managed cards use the existing LeedCRM checkout flow through Stripe. You create the account, choose the plan, and manage the setup yourself.
Can I buy managed service without a call?
Not yet. Managed CRM is scoped first so you do not end up paying for the wrong thing. After discovery, we can send a Stripe invoice or checkout link for the agreed setup and monthly plan.
Are SMS and calls included?
The platform and managed service cover the CRM setup and operation. SMS, calling, carrier, and provider usage are billed separately because usage varies by business.
Is this a GoHighLevel reseller account?
No. LeedAgent is built on LeedCRM, our own CRM platform. That lets us make direct product and workflow changes instead of depending on a reseller template.
