Why it matters
Since 2023 the major US carriers require every business to register before sending texts from a standard 10 digit number. Unregistered messages get filtered or dropped, usually with no error and no warning. If your texts are not landing, this is almost always why.

What we need from you
- A registered business with an EIN
- Your legal business name and address as they appear on the registration
- A website with a privacy policy, which we can build if you do not have one
- A rough idea of what you will text people about
Being straight with you: the carriers make the approval decision, not us. What we do is prepare and submit it properly, which is where most registrations fail, and stay on it until it is resolved. If your business does not meet the carrier requirements we will tell you before you pay.
