Do I have to leave my brokerage site?

No. Most agents run both. The brokerage page is where the brokerage sends people. This is the one that is yours, that you keep when you move, and that you can point your own advertising at.

Can you put MLS listings on it?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We do not have an IDX feed. If a live searchable listing feed is the thing you need, we are not the right fit and you should say so now rather than after you have paid. What we build is the site that makes people call you, with your listings shown as your own work.

Do I own the domain?

Yes, in your name from the start. If you ever leave us, you take your web address and your contact list with you, and that is not a conversation you have to have with us.

What if I already have a website?

Send us the link. We will rebuild it, keep what is working, and show you both before anything changes. Keep the old one running until you are happy. There is no charge until you decide to keep ours.

Does the AI text my leads on the $47 plan?

No. On $47 you get an instant alert and the lead saved in your CRM, and you make the call. The AI that answers and qualifies is on the higher plans.
