On Full Service and Premium, yes, all standard chemicals are included and balanced every week. No surprise chemical bills. The Clean plan covers physical cleaning only.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can access the pool area, you never have to be there. We text you a report after every visit.

What if my pool turns green?

If your pool goes green or cloudy while we service it, we come back and fix it free. That is our crystal-clear guarantee.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Weekly service is month to month. Pause or cancel anytime. We keep your business by keeping your pool perfect.

Do you do repairs?

Yes. Pumps, heaters, filters, and more. Plan members get discounted repair rates, and we spot small issues early during weekly visits.
