LeedAgent is owner operated from Tampa (Lutz), Florida, and we work with businesses across the country in English and Spanish. Being small is the point: you talk to a person who knows your account, and you get an answer in minutes rather than a ticket number, a queue, or an offshore template mill.
We also work with a lot of businesses close to home, across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Lakeland and Wesley Chapel. If you are local, we can meet you. If you are not, nothing about this works differently.

What do I get in the community?
A members-only space inside your account where you ask questions and we answer.
Is there a free trial?
Not right now. It is $150 a month, month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
What is set up for me?
When you choose Insurance and ACA in your profile settings, your account gets an English ACA page and form, a Spanish ACA page and form, two ACA pipelines and two intake automations. The automations arrive as drafts, so nothing sends until you turn it on.
Does it include leads?
No. ACA Insurance Growth does not supply leads. You bring them from ads, referrals or a lead vendor, and point them at your lead pages.
Does it work in English and Spanish?
Yes. The lead pages, forms and pipelines come in English and in Spanish.
Can I run it from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. The plan includes a built-in MCP connection: connect once from your dashboard and ChatGPT, Claude or any AI assistant that supports MCP tools can work in your account in plain English or Spanish. Risky changes stay in draft until you approve them.
Are you a GoHighLevel reseller?
No. We're not a reseller of anyone's software. Our CRM and platform were built in house, here in Florida. You work directly with the team that builds and runs the technology.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your account, or by contacting us. It's month to month with no contract. We don't offer refunds on payments already made, so cancel before your next billing date if you want to stop.
What happens to my contacts if I cancel?
Your plan stops at the end of your billing period. Your contacts are yours, and you can export them from the CRM whenever you want.
